From our base camp, located near Kanab, Utah, you can explore not only the stunning landscapes of Zion but also hidden gems like Buckskin Gulch and White Pocket. And don’t forget about the cozy nights under the Milky Way at BaseCamp 37° the perfect way to start and end your getaway. 

Day 1: Start Your Adventure on the Road

From Phoenix: Make a stop at Horseshoe Bend for breathtaking views of the Colorado River and explore the stunning Antelope Canyon. While in Page, AZ, grab a bite at the local brewery and stock up on groceries before heading to Kanab.

From Las Vegas: Stretch your legs at Water Canyon and discover its cascading waterfalls and hidden canyons. Treat yourself to a stop at the local winery or brewery in Hildale, AZ, and stock up on any snacks or groceries there or in Kanab.

Spend your first night at BaseCamp 37° under the Milky Way, soaking in the desert goodness.

Day 2: Explore Zion National Park

Pack your lunch and head to Zion National Park through the East Entrance. If you have your permit in hand, hike Angels Landing and spend the rest of your day exploring other Zion highlights. If you didn’t snag a permit, that’s okay. The park is FULL of beautiful hikes.

Wrap up your day with dinner in Kanab. For a special treat, reserve a table at Sego Restaurant. For a more casual vibe, enjoy a hearty meal at Rocking V Cafe. Return to BaseCamp 37° for a cozy bonfire and s’mores under the stars.

Day 3: Choose Your Own Adventure

This is your chance to explore the region at your own pace! Here are some incredible options for your "You Pick" day:

  • Visit the North Rim of the Grand Canyon for incredible views and breathtaking trails.

  • Take a boat ride or kayak tour on Lake Powell or the Colorado River in Glen Canyon.

  • Explore Bryce Canyon and the north side of the Grand Staircase.

  • Hike the world’s longest slot canyon, Buckskin Gulch, via Wire Pass.

  • Head off-road to White Pocket in Vermilion Cliffs for stunning desert landscapes.

For dinner, grab something quick and delicious at Big Al's Burgers at The Junction in Kanab. Then, spend your last night stargazing at BaseCamp 37°.

Day 4: One Last Adventure

Make the most of your final day by stopping for one last adventure on your way home.
