5 Fun, Affordable Alternatives to Pricey Bucket-List Destinations

Well, we’re certainly flattered to be featured in Outside’s recent article by Jen Murphy! The article “5 Fun, Affordable Alternatives to Pricey Bucket-List Destinations” crowns BaseCamp37 as a Southwest glamping destination dupe—an affordable alternative that is just as dreamy and beautiful as the most popular places but isn’t as expensive or crowded. BOOM

As a small, independent, women-owned and operated business, this is what it’s all about. We pride ourselves on being an economical and eco-luxury option just outside of Kanab, Utah. There are indeed many glamping options when you visit Zion, Bryce, Grand Staircase, or the Grand Canyon, but we think our little high desert hideaway has it all: big vistas, dark skies, king beds, luxury linens, hot showers, even hotter grills, and, of course, some of the friendly folks around.
